Your practice guide

Requesting the downloadable guide stores your email address, the resource requested, request time, privacy version, and whether you asked for future updates. Your need, stuck point, optional layer, quiz answers, and guide contents are not added to this record.

The personalized PDF is prepared in your browser and downloaded to the destination you choose. The guide is provided on this page. Requesting it does not create an app account or enroll you in future emails unless you select the separate updates option.

Correspondence and product updates

When you join the updates list, this website stores your email address, chosen subscription interest, signup time, and consent version for The Stuck Point. The selected list is used for the updates you requested from Karine Spiess. It is separate from the guided reflection and does not receive your reflection answers.

To leave the list, access your information, or request deletion, email karine@sulf.org. The operator is Karine Spiess LMHC LLC, Tampa, Florida.

Email enquiries

Contact links open your email application. Your email provider handles sending, and Karine receives the information you choose to include. Keep clinical records and sensitive personal details out of a general enquiry.

Existing SULF assessment

The linked SULF assessment, hosted separately on Replit, has its own data consent and storage practices. Read its consent screen before entering responses. Its handling of information differs from the session-only reflection on this website.

Aggregate activity counts

The website counts page views, quiz starts, quiz completions, guide requests, guide downloads, and signup actions by page and day. These counts contain no quiz answers, email addresses, visitor identifiers, or tracking cookies. They count activity rather than unique people. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control preferences are respected by the counter.

Hosting

The hosting platform processes technical information needed to serve and secure the website. This application includes no advertising trackers or third-party analytics scripts. Hosting access controls and platform policies apply separately.
