The personal map

While answering, your ratings and optional scene stay in your browser. After completion, you enter your email and explicitly request the report. The website receives your answers, follow-up choices and optional scene to calculate the report. It stores your email, report, request time, consent version and delivery status. The report contains selected supporting answers and personal reflections. The full raw response set is not stored in the delivery table.

Your report appears after the email request is saved. Resend receives your email address and report to send the requested copy. Email is not a confidential clinical channel. Use an address you control. A provider acceptance receipt does not establish inbox delivery.

Report requests expire after 30 days and expired records are removed when the delivery service next processes requests. Failed or unavailable delivery stays visible as pending rather than sent. Download your report before leaving if delivery is pending. For earlier deletion, contact karine@sulf.org. Provider retention and your inbox copies follow their own policies.

Optional device saving stores your answers, scene, choices and position in this browser. Anyone using it might see the saved progress. Use “Clear saved device progress” to remove it. Downloaded or printed reports remain wherever you place them.

Book updates and the three-lesson series require separate optional permission. Their subscription records contain your email and consent, not your report. Requesting a report alone does not subscribe you to marketing.

The interactive map and short sample

Selections in the interactive framework map, including optional need layers, stay in the current page session. They choose illustrative examples and are not submitted to a server.

Short reflection selections stay in the current page session until you explicitly choose to save a moment. Copying or printing places a copy in the destination you choose. Saving a moment stores your email, selections, need layer, context, explanation, fit response, action, forecast, later outcome and learning, consent version, and email delivery status. The record expires after 90 days. Expired records are inaccessible and are removed when the next save request is processed. Use the private return page to edit or delete the record earlier.

Resend receives your email address and a private return link. The email does not include your reflection text. Anyone with the link has access to read, edit, or delete the saved moment. Use an address you control and keep the link private. The website stores a hash of the access token. There is no public directory or email-based lookup. Records are not combined into a personal history. Requesting the link does not enroll you in updates or reminders. Provider copies and downloaded copies follow their own retention.

Your starter workbook

Requesting the starter workbook stores your email, request time, consent version, and delivery status. Resend receives your address and the workbook content for the requested email. No worksheet answers are collected. Repeated requests for the same address reuse the delivery record to avoid duplicate emails. Resource-request records remain until deletion is requested at karine@sulf.org.

Your workbook is available to read and print after the request. Future book news requires a separate optional choice. A workbook request alone does not subscribe you to marketing.

Your practice guide

The sample’s practice guide downloads directly without email. Its personalized PDF is prepared in your browser. Downloading it does not create an account, resource-request record or email subscription.

Earlier guide requests stored an email address, resource name, request time, privacy version and optional updates permission. Those existing records contain no need, stuck point, layer, quiz answers or guide contents. They remain separate from the new browser-only downloads.

Correspondence and product updates

When you join the updates list, this website stores your email address, chosen subscription interest, signup time, and consent version for The Stuck Point. The selected list is used for the updates you requested from Karine Spiess. It is separate from the guided reflection and does not receive your reflection answers.

To leave the list, access your information, or request deletion, email karine@sulf.org. The operator is Karine Spiess LMHC LLC, Tampa, Florida.

Map One Pattern and teaching emails

Requesting pilot details stores your email, optional first name, referring channel, request time, and consent version. A separate optional choice requests three teaching emails, including a pilot invitation. Personal situations and workbook answers are not collected by these forms.

Teaching email consent is stored with delivery status. When activated, Resend receives the consenting email address and the data required to deliver the sequence. Each teaching email includes an unsubscribe link. Leaving the teaching sequence stops its remaining messages. Existing guide requests and product lists are not automatically enrolled.

The pilot workbook is for private use. Completed forms are not uploaded to this website. Questions about privacy or removal go to karine@sulf.org.

Email enquiries

Contact links open your email application. Your email provider handles sending, and Karine receives the information you choose to include. Keep clinical records and sensitive personal details out of a general enquiry.

Existing SULF assessment

The linked SULF assessment, hosted separately on Replit, has its own data consent and storage practices. Read its consent screen before entering responses. Its handling of information differs from the session-only reflection on this website.

Aggregate activity counts

Since the September 23 update, a separate audience counter excludes local previews, marked QA sessions, and recognized crawler requests. A device-session QA flag is set only when a test link is used. Historical counts remain separate because earlier testing cannot be reliably removed. Workbook requests are counted separately from assessment requests. Known test email domains and the configured owner address are excluded from audience email summaries.

The website counts page views, quiz starts, quiz completions, guide requests, guide downloads, signup actions, pilot requests, reflection results, saved-moment requests and updates, and checkout-link clicks by page and day. A separate counter groups actions by a fixed list of referring channels. These counts contain no quiz answers, email addresses, visitor identifiers, or tracking cookies. The channel label is kept in session storage while the tab is open. It contains no visitor identifier. They count activity rather than unique people. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control preferences are respected by the counter.

Hosting

The hosting platform processes technical information needed to serve and secure the website. This application includes no advertising trackers or third-party analytics scripts. Hosting access controls and platform policies apply separately.
